I’ve been very happy with all service done on my vehicle at TOS. Gary knows me and my car well and is very thorough in explaining what repairs are needed. I was especially impressed with the headlamp restoration results! They look brand new! Smog check done and oil change done quickly and inexpensively. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and friendly.

EVERYONE PLEASE READ THIS WHOLE REVIEW! I have many good reasons I think potential customers should know. 1. A lot of businesses claim to have great customer service. Then once you get there you find otherwise. Well not here, these folks really do have great customer service, not just in words but with actions. You'll notice this the moment they answer the phone. 2. They are very thorough. Not only did they find all the problems I listed but then they found a few more that I was unaware of. 3. They were honest and upfront with me and I didn't feel the least bit pressured to do more than I could afford. You get no B.S. here, they don't overwhelm you with a bunch fancy terms only a mechanic would know. I got the feeling these men had oldschool values. 4. Unlike a lot of other places, they have a payment option, a shuttle service and they will call an UBER for you if your out of shuttle range. They have a discount business rate with UBER that saves you money! 5. Quality of work. This is the perhaps the most important point. Once again many shops claim this but these folks really do it. Everything they fixed works perfectly. 6. Gary, I can't say enough good things about Gary. Let's start with his professionalism. As I stated above you'll notice it the moment he answers the phone. He's a very honest no nonsense kind of guy. He knew I couldn't afford to fix everything but did point out what things were the most important to fix. He even pointed out some things I might be able to get fixed through my insurance. He's very accommodating, when I thought my UBER would not be able to get me there before the shop closed, he offered to stay over until I got there. I have never dealt with a person or business of any kind willing to do that. I wish I could give Gary his own 5 star rating in this review. 7. In closing, I'd like to point out that I am a first time customer. This shop was not obligated to help me as much as they did but they did it anyway. Their location is easy to find and they have a lot of nice amenities for their customers. Also I should point out that I read some other reviews that spoke very highly about Mike. This truly is a unique shop for all the reasons I listed above and I will now consider myself a lifetime customer.

These guys are the real deal! I can't believe how accommodating they are. I had major engine issues and thought for sure I needed a replacement, big job! But then Gary to the rescue...instead of selling me on the engine, he recommended I check on a recall for the engine, and sure enough, it was on recall. I wound up with a brand new engine, free of charge, all because these guys are honest and upfront. They are in your corner, and will do their best to get you back on the road for as little as possible, even if it means sending you back to the dealer for a recall. I'll definitely work with these guys again, they have my business for life!
