Love there little waiting room

We have been going to TOS for several years. We have never had an issue with the quality of auto service. However, when we dropped off our vehicle this morning only one of the gentleman at the counter was wearing a mask… When we came in to pick up our vehicle in the afternoon no one in the office was wearing a mask and neither was the customer in front of us. They have a very small lobby/counter area. If TOS is not going to adhere to state health and safety guidelines… They will no longer be getting our business.

My mom has been using TOS for her `98 Acura for a number of years now. So, I know them VERY well. TOS just replaced all the defective parts in my `13 Tacoma's air conditioning system, on time, and on budget. I highly recommend TOS for any car repairs. Simply the best!

Update: Received a call and a voicemail was left concerning my review. I did return the call and had an excellent conversation about what happened and what could be done better. After all that was said and done I was offered a free oil change for my concerns that I had expressed. Going that extra step to call and discuss impressed me enough, but to offer an oil change whether the next or two years from now was well received by me. I appreciate the effort and honesty to do all they can to do their absolute best for me. Thank you, Tom Did a digital diagnostic check on my 2004 Mazda RX-8 it was offered with my oil change. Took longer than quoted. My car checked out mostly to the good and had one critical need. Replace cabin air filter. List price for change and labor $93. Wiper blades $41, rear shocks struts $900. I went elsewhere and quoted $600-700. Outrageous. Nice to wait so long and the back of my car was somehow with things not in its original place. That night my car came up with Check Engine Light. Also, they missed a burned out running light. Was going to get me a quote on the pricing of a replacement. Never happened. I am glad to know what checked out ok and what needs to be done. I can't quite feel good about their high rates and the way they left my car.
