TOS Auto Repair made a very unfortunate situation with our vehicle much more bearable. The quality of the repairs after our wheel came off were excellent. Additionally, the biggest praise I have was the level of effort that was put in to navigate the process with our warranty service. I received updates regularly throughout the process and at all times I felt that they were working hard for me to get the job done and to give me the best possible service.

TOS is a great place to take your Lexus, as it was my first time there. I had my oil changed and they did a 100 point inspection and told me about any issues with my car. They go through the car with a fine tooth comb. I was very pleased with my first experience at TOS. A great experience for myself and Rick was very helpful.
