With offices and businesses closing their doors and schools canceling classes until May, we understand that many of you parents out there may be working from home or staying home to watch your kids during this time. COVID-19 has not stopped spreading since first news of the virus in the US was first discovered, and California has remained one of the top states in terms of virus cases reported.  Being couped up all day in a house with kids can be difficult, especially when trying to get work done if you are working from home. What is a Fuel Pump Replacement?

The fuel pump in your vehicle is an integral part of your vehicle's fuel system, providing pressurized gas to the fuel injectors. The fuel pump is powered by an electric motor and is inside of the gas tank. The output and the pressure of the pump is actually controlled by a regulator.  A good OEM fuel pump can last you indefinitely with proper vehicle care. However, this part, like many other mechanical parts, can degrade over time and need to be replaced. If the fuel pumps fails, your engine won't receive the fuel it needs to run your vehicle.
